Photozone just reviewed two popular Zeiss lenses on Nikon FX. They are the Planar 85mm f/1.4 and the Makro-Planar 100mm f/2.0.
85mm is arguably "the standard" focal length for SLR, a superb 85mm is certainly desirable. Is this Planar 85mm f/1.4 justified to be called a superb lens? Look here.
The Makro-Planar is an interesting animal simply because of the Makro branding. Having this branding doesn't mean you absolutely have to use it as a macro lens, however having this branding often means better close-up performance, better bokeh, and better CA control. Are these aspects really better than others? Look here.

Can you please stop posting this crap about photozone? Nobody with a bit of salt cares the least.
